Ataxia
Vision changes
Headache–>most common with hemorrhagic

A

NIHSS: score 0-42

Imaging: CT scan or MRI

Tests: ECG
-NSR: atherosclerotic ischemic
-A-fib: cardioembolic

Vital signs: BP, O2

Labs: Blood glucose, CBC, BMP, INR, aPTT
