What are STIs and what cause them?
STIs are sexual transmitted infections
They are caused by sexual contact including sexual intercourse.
What is HIV and what does it do to the body?
HIV is a virus that attacks and infects the white blood cells which are important in Defense,
If left HIV develops into aids.
Because there are less white blood cells, the body is more prone to other pathogens.
How does HIV spread?
Through bodily fluids , blood, semen, vaginal fluids
Also through dirty needles
How do you prevent STIs?
Using male condoms and medication can reduce the impacts of HIV.
What is chlamydia?
It is a sexually transmitted disease that is a bacteria that reproduce inside the host.
It can cause infertility in men and women.
How do you prevent chlamydia from spreading?
Wearing a condom.
Screening to check for diseases.
Not having sex.
