What is the treatment of Syphilis?

A

PCN, Ceftriaxone, Azithromycin, Doxycycline
PCN treatment: 2,4 million units IM X1 for primary, secondary and early latent
Late Latent is treated with the same amount of IM PCN 1x/week for 3 weeks
Neurosyphilis is treated with 20 to 24 million units per day IV for 10 to 14 days
