Contacting or attempting to contact someone by any means, publishing material of someone, monitoring someone else’s use of the internet, email or any other form of electronic communication. Loitering, interfering with property. Watching/spying on someone
What legislation gives police power of entry for stalking and do you need a warrant?
S2b Protection from Harassment Act 1997. Yes, officer will need to go to court and obtain a warrant

Harassment that puts people in fear of violence
