What is S5 of the Road Traffic Act 1988
Drink drive - If a person drives, or attempts to drive or is in charge of a motor vehicle, on a road or other public place, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it exceed the prescribed limit, he is guilty of an offence

What is a victim?
Someone who has suffered harm including physical, mental, emotional or economic loss which was directly caused by criminal conduct or is a close relative of someone whose death was directly caused by criminal conduct.

What constitutes a repeat victim?
A repeat victim is one who has made a report of crime to police within the last 12 months (not ASB as this is not a crime)
What is the maximum amount of days that it should take to update a victim on their case as per the Victim Codes of Practice (VCOP)?

What is the definition of ASB?
Behaviour by a person which causes, or is likely to cause, harassment, alarm or distress to one or more other persons not of the same household
What are the three nationally recognized ASB categories?
Personal, nuisance and environmental
What is S59 Police Reform Act?
Where a constable in uniform has reasonable grounds for believing that a motor vehicle is being used on any occasion in a manner which is causing, or likely to cause, harassment, alarm or distress to members of the public, that police officer has power to seize the motor vehicle
What is S3 Road Traffic Act?
Careless and inconsiderate driving - if a person drives a mechanically propelled vehicle on a road or other public place without due care and attention or without reasonable consideration for other persons using the road or place, he is guilty of an offence.
