consulting architect (CA)

- working in a dual capacity as architect-of-record and as consulting architect for ai services
- working as consultimg architect for ai services only
manner of payment in spp document 203 (specialized)
- for projects involving extensive detailing of ai components, such as custom floor, wall, ceiling construction and finishes, cabinet design, built-in components, equipmeng and soecial fittings, the architect’s fee shall be a percentage of the cost of ai work. excluding the fee of engineer/ specialist consultant working with architect
2.should client hire the specialist consultang separately, their professional fee shall be for account of the client - the paymeng of the architect’s services shall be stated in architect’s guidelines
