-SX: fever/HA/flu, conjunctivitis (just red), Weils disease, kidney/liver bad
-Spread by Hema to other organs

-STD, Spiral, dark field, VDRL
-Confirm via FTA AB
1: painless gen chancre
2: systemic, flat bumps, rash
3: gummas, tree bark aorta, spinal cord dam, Arg pupils (no reaction to light)
TX: PENICILLIN (if allergic, desensitize pt and still give pen) = Jar Herx rxn after tx (within hrs)
