Innervation of Wrist Extensors, Pectoralis Major, Teres Major. Independent rolling, feeding, UE dressing. Propel W/C independently (hand rims).
C6
Potential to live independently. Innervation of triceps. Lift self up during transfers. W/C pushup. UE/LE dressing.
C7
Can live independently. Can perform same as level C7. Increased finger control. Self catheter program.
C8
Improved trunk control. Increased breathing capabilities. Therapeutic Ambulation (Non-purposeful, just during therapy).
T1-T8
Innervation of lower abs, can initiate cough.
T9-T12
Lower trunk innervated L1. Hip flexors L2. Quadriceps partially in L3.
L1-L3
Independent with functional activities. Gait. Quadriceps L4.
