• Offer Towel Service (60 minutes prior to
landing)
• Take beverage orders and serve beverages
for rows 1-5

Clear Snack Pre-Arrival
A
• Remove pre-arrival snack and other service
items onto service tray
• Ensure tray table is clean; wipe down tray
table if needed
• Offer beverage refills
• Bring service tray to galley and discard all
paper products in trash cart

Present Sweet Treat
A
- Place sweet treats in service basket
- Thank Customers as serving the sweet treat
- Use Customers’ names when thanking them

Close Out Reports
A
The following report sections are completed within 24 hours after flight: o Inventory Report o Provisioning Supply Report o Cabin Appearance Report o Customer Consumption Report o Free Form (optional)

Assist Customers Pre-Arrival
A
• Retrieve Customer coats • Collect premium headsets • Complete the following at final descent: o Stowing tray tables o Bringing seats upright o Stowing of items in overhead bins (including pillows and blankets not being used) o Ensure seat belts are fastened o Ensure suite doors are opened and locked
