Place menus under service tray to distribute to Customers • Serve window to aisle, ladies first • Curate menu for first timers: o Inspired by Saxon + Parole o 5 meal choices o Customer chooses 3 out of five 5 • Point out ‘Wake Me’ button

F1 and F2 Crew introduction and ask if Customer has flown in the Mint Experience previously • If Customer HAS flown before, complete the following: o Welcome Customer back o Let Customer know you can answer any questions regarding seat features o Remind Customer about carry-on items o Offer Signature RefreshMint
• If Customer has NOT flown in Mint before,
complete the following:
o Inform about carry-on items
o Point out seat controls, Inflight
Entertainment controls, and The JetBlue Experience on TV
o Offer Signature RefreshMint with or
without vodka
• Offer to hang coats (F2 inform Customers you
will return to take coats prior to closing the
door)
• Remove pillow and blankets and welcome
notes from empty seats
o Stow in overhead bin
• Stow unused pillows and blankets in the overhead bin
