Clear Desserts
F1
• Clear dessert trays and placemats once
Customers are complete and bring to galley
• Ensure tray table is clean; wipe down tray if
needed
• Offer beverage refills
F2
• Collect dirty trays and placemats from F1
• Discard all paper products in trash cart
• Remove dessert dishes from tray and place
back into cart from which they came
o Consolidate dessert dishes in cart in
order to place used silverware on same
tray
• Stow dessert trays back into stowage location
• Once all dessert trays have been collected,
move cart 111B back and lock into place
• Move cart 111F out from under fold-down
table and secure back in galley
Prepare and Serve Desserts and Hot
Beverages
• Prepare galley: o Move cart 111F and place under fold- down table o Move cart 111B forward and lock in place to retrieve frozen treat and dessert • Prepare dessert and hot beverage orders • Hand dessert tray to F1 to serve to Customer
