Tongs, hot cup, two hot towel trays
• 1 cup hot water per tray
• Use tongs to pick up hot towel at flap allowing
towel to open
• After all towels have been delivered, collect
used towels with service tray
• Place used tongs in the Forward Left Hand
Monument with hot towels for pre-arrival
service

Prepare Galley for Service

o TURN ON AND SET OVEN, but do not start 
cooking 
o Brew coffee 
o Retrieve the following: 
 Cocktail napkins 
 Sugar caddie filled with 
sweeteners and stir sticks  
 Service trays 
 Two (2) bottles of red wine, one
