  • Vehicle operator shall roll down their window and remove hearing protection
  • If at any time the vehicle operator loses sight of the backer the vehicle shall stop until visual contact is reacquired
  • If a vehicle backer is not available the vehicle operator shall walk completely around the vehicle to ensure there are no obstructions
