Who is directly responsible for all tactical operations connected to the attainment of the incident objectives that have been established by the IC. Activates and Supervises the tactical elements in accordance with the IAP.

Who is responsible for providing facilities, services and material in support of an incident.
Logistics section chief
Who is responsible for all financial and administrative and cost analysis aspects of an incident.
