Usually after prolonged illness or in elderly, accompanied by eating less and tired after eating, listlessness, no energy to speak, sweats easily, may have spontaneous sweating, cold limbs
Tongue and pulse: Pale, and puffy with scallops, thin white coat

- excessive yin without yang deficiency
- Qi and blood Deficiency
- Damp - retention of damp in spleen Yang rising
