- Non productive cough
- Chest tightness, dyspnea
- Attack at night due to parasympathetic nerves which causes bronchus to contract
- Won’t last for more than a couple hours
- Change of signs and symptoms from a non productive cough to a non productive cough

Xiao: wheezing, gurgling

Poor appetite, abdominal distension - worse after eating, loose stools, lassitude

Pale complexion, spontaneous sweats, aversion to wind, susceptibility to cold or dryness of mouth and throat

Tonify lung Qi or Yin to strengthen the body surface
