- Non productive cough
- Chest tightness, dyspnea

Poor appetite, abdominal distension - worse after eating, loose stools, lassitude

Pale complexion, spontaneous sweats, aversion to wind, susceptibility to cold or dryness of mouth and throat

Tonify lung Qi or Yin to strengthen the body surface

Avoid smoking, alcohol, spicy foods, seafood, regulate diet, avoid over straining and emotional stimulation

Remove Xie Qi - transform phlegm and regulate Qi
