How would you educate a patient with palpitations?
- calm patient - Heart and mind are connect, advice to reduce stress
- exercise regularly - moderate walking, Tai Qi
- If palpitations are caused by drugs have them consult with their doctor.
- Pregnancy - Consult with doctor
- reduce salt intake, less spicy food, quit alcoholic drinks and tea
- regulate emotions
- prevent EPF invasion
