Dizziness and Vertigo, listlessness, insomnia, dream disturbed sleep, poor memory, soreness and weakness of lumbar region and knees, nocturnal emission, tinnitus

Kidney Jing Deficiency
Dizziness and vertigo, heavy sensation in the head, unclear mind, chest tightness, nausea, vomiting, poor appetite, drowsiness

overweight, pale/white complexion, puffy
Qi Deficiency with phlegm
Identify the constitution:
Thin, brown dark complexion
Yin, blood deficiency with fire
Which points would you moxa? and how many units?
Du 20 with ginger 3-6 units or moxa till tenderness is gone.
Or if its not tender, moxa till its tender
Education
avoid emotional stress
during attack: bed rest
Quit smoking and alcohol (esp Phlegm damp constitution)
Eat less meat, fatty fried food
Decrease sex, avoid overstrain esp those with kid essence deficiency
Monitor mental condition, to prevent stroke
Monitor blood pressure
How would you tonify those with Qi and Blood Deficiency
Have patient eat more
Auricular acupuncture points for dizziness
Shenmen, brain, balancing, occipital, Liv, Kid, Sp, inner ear
