Extreme sensitivity to bodily changes

A
Incredibly varied
- Pain
- GI Sx
- Sexual Sx
Location, kind and severity changes over time except often pain

Cognitive symptoms
A
- Persistent thought or feelings about symptoms
- Worry
- Anxiety
- Thoughts of death

Severity
A
Mild: one cognitive Sx
Mod: 2 or more cognitive Sx
Severe: 2 or more cognitive + multiple physical Sx or one severe Sx (e.g. severe pain)

Diagnosis
A
Some set of unexplained somatic symptoms for > 6 months

A
Improve cognitive symptoms
