Diagnosis

A

≥ 2 of following (+ at least one of first three) + mood disorder
- Delusions
- Hallucinations
- Disorganised speech
- Disorganised or catatonic behaviour
- Negative symptoms
Delusions/hallucinations last > 2 weeks beyond mood episode
Not caused by other conditions/substance
