Interval training
Interval training is a type of training that involves a series of low-intensity to high-intensity workouts with rest or relief periods. The high-intensity periods are typically in the anaerobic zone, while the recovery periods involve activity of lower intensity
Continuos training
A very steady training. You WHR wont be very high but will be in your aerobic zone_ these usually last for no less than 15 minutes.
Fartlek training
This, like interval, includes periods of work followed by periods of rest or light work. Sessions include sprints of varying distances not necesarrily distance
Circuit training
This training involves a number of exercises arranged to avoid exercising the same muscle groups. Press ups could be followed by sit ups. Etc
Plyometric training
Plyometrics are exercises in which muscles exert maximum force is short intervals/periods of time
Weighttraining
Using progressive resistance in quantity or weight, using a suitable amount of reps and weight making sure you are progressing by using recovery and adapting to the higher capabilities of the exercise (lifting more etc)
