Closed skills are skills that can be completed in isolation - the skills are not affected by the environment.

A basic skill is one that a player finds easy and needs little concentration.
Complex skills need the player’s complete concentration and attention as it is technically difficult to perform.
Low or high organisation
Low organisation skills have clear simple phases or parts, you can usually break the phases down and practise separately to improve technique.
High concentration skills
High concentration skills have a lot of complicated phases or parts, cannot break down and practise the technique separately
