This happens when you train beyond your bodys ability to recover
Adaption
As you rest, your body has time to recover, repairing and strengthening itself between workouts. This is how you gradually adapt to working harder and ca; overload
Recover
Your body will adapt to the stress associated with exercise, replenish its stores of energy and repair body tissue
Rest
The way the human body reacts to a hard training session by increasing its ability to coap with future punishing training sessions. Allowing the body to recover, and repair muscles and bones.
