What is the defenition of Adaptation?
Your body’s response to training and how your body changes to cope with new activity.
What is the defenition of Aerobic?
Working at a moderate intensity level with oxygen.
What is the defenition of Anaerobic?
Working at a high intensity level without oxygen.
What is the defenition of Alveoli?
Tiny sacs within our lungs that allow oxygen and carbon dioxide to move between the lungs
and bloodstream.

Whilst doing continious training (running)
When might someone be in the anaerobic zone?
When exercising and not breathing much for exmple power lifting

Out of breath

Your heart gets bigger and pumps more bloode resulting in a faster recovery time
