-Means exactly knowing what the goal is. It may include a series of steps towards the overall goal.

Set measurable targets to help you know when your goals are achieved

Set targets that you have the ability to reach. Unrealistic targets are demotivating and could result in failure

Ensure that your targets are realistic to you personally. Factors, such as work and hobbies, affect your ability to meet your targets.

Create a timeframe for you to achieve your goal,
establish a timescale. Setting an end-point will help keep you focused and motivated.
