How does warming up/cooling down prevent injury?
Warm up:Perform a light areobic activity to increase blood flow to working muscles and stretch those muscles to avoid injury
Cool-down: Gradually reduce the level of activity to help with the dispersal of lactic acid and avoid muscle stiffness
