Is to gradually rise the heart rate towards the working heart rate
How long does the cardiovascular warm-up take?

What are the to types of Stretching
Dynamic and static
Stretching phase
Static-easy on the spot stretching without straining
Dynamic- stretches that use movements specific to a sport, gradually increasing your reach and speed
Sport-specific phase
The final phase of warm-up will be to practice the skills of an activity such as sprint starts or passing for a midfielder
Cool down
Activites such as jogging can be used to return the heart rate gradually to its resting level.

Specific Measurable Acheivable Realistic Time- bound
