What is PAR-Q
A self-screening tool that can be used by anyone who is planning to start an exercise or training routine

We set smart goals to motivate an athlete to reach their full potential

Means exactly knowing what the goal is.it may include a series of steps towards the overall goal
What is measurable
It means it will be easy to know when goals are achieved
What is achievable
Goals must be attainable,unachievable goal is likely to result in demotivation
What is realistic
A goal may be achievable in practice,but are there other reasons that may hinder the completion of that goal
What is time-bound
Does the goal have an end point?if not,it is easy to put off achievable indefinetly
What is an example of a smart goal
Getting 3 clean sheets in the next month as a defender
