What is agility
The ability to change position and control the body at speed

Reaction time is the time between a stimlus and a movement in response to it for example the stimulus in a game of football is when the goalkeeper thinks that the striker is going to shoot
What is speed
The rate at which an individual can perform a movement or cover a distance
