What is agility?
The ability to change position and control the body at speed.
How do we test agility?
The Illinois agility test
What is balance?
Being able to keep the body stable while at rest or on the move.

Static and dynamic
What is co-ordination?
The ability to use two or more body parts.
What are the different types of co-ordination?
Foot-eye co-ordination
Chest-eye co-ordination
Head-eye co-ordination

How do you test co-ordination?
Ball toss test
What is power?
The ability to undertake strength performances quickly. It can be written as a formula: power = strength x speed.
How do we test power?
Vertical jump
What is reaction time?
The time between a stimulus and a movement in response to it.
How do we test reaction time
The ruler drop test
What is speed?
The rate at which an individual can perform a movement or cover a distance.
