Less likely to get injured and better at executing skills.
How does cardiovascular fitness affect our performance?
We will be able to perform at our top level for long periods of time, good in sports like running and football.
What is muscular strength?
The amount a of force a muscle can exert against a resistence.
What is Muscular Endurance?
The ability to use voluntary muscle repeatedly without getting tired.
What is Body Composition?
The percentage of body weight that is muscle, fat or bone.
Why is having a good bmi important?
Reduces chance to get hyperkenetic diseases
As fat put strains on your muscles
