Accounts for half of your body weight. Contains oxygen, Transports nutrients, waste and hormones around the body
Fibre
Adds bulk to food and aids the digestive system. Helps to get rid of waste peoducts which could have led to a disease
Factors affecting optimum weight
Height, bones structure,muscle girth and gender.
