What are the three types of planes
The saggital plane
The frontal plane
The transverse plane
Movement that occur at the Sagittle plane
Divides the body in left to right - Flexion and Extention
Movement that occur at the Frontal plane
Divides the body from front and back- Abduction and adduction
Movement that occur at the Tranverse plane
Divides the body across the middle (horizontally), giving a top section (also known as ‘superior’) and a bottom section (‘inferior) - Rotation
