Why is it important to have a healthy BMI (Body Mass Index)?
Keeping a healthy BMI is important as it can help protect you from disease e.g. diabetes.
Fat puts added strain on your muscles, bones and joints making you prone to injury.
How to calculate your Body Mass Index (BMI)?
BMI is calculated by taking your weight in KG and dividing it by your height in m squared.
E.g.
Weight = 60kg
Height = 1.65m
Height squared = 2.72m squared
60/2.72 = 22
