What is agility?
The ability to change position and control the body at speed
What is balance?
Being able to keep the body stable while at rest or on the move
What is co-ordination?
The ability to use two or more body parts together
What is power?
The ability to undertake strength performances quickly
What is speed?
How quickly a movement can be performed or a distance can be covered
What is reaction time?
The time between the presentation of a stimulus and the onset of movement.
How does balance aid agility?
To be able to control the body at speed means to not fall over meaning dynamic balance is needed to have good agility
