the smooth flow of movement needed to perform s motor task efficiently and accuratley.

the ability to maintain centre of the mass over a base of support.

The ability of a sports performer to quickly and precisely move or change direction without losing balance or time.

A
The product of strength and speed expressed as the work is done in a unit of time.

A
the time taken for a sports performer to respond to a stimulus and the initiation of their response.

what are the 2 different types of balance?
A
static balance- examples a gymnast holding a headstand
dynamic balance- a gymnast doing a cartwheel.
