Wear and tear on joints (Over 40, often in larger joints hips and knees, breakdown of cartilage, bone rub against each other, causes pain, stiffness and loss of movement)

A

Body attacks its own tissues. (affects anyone, smaller joints first fingers and toes, long term joint damage, loss of function, disability and chronic pain , 2-3 times more common in women and more serve in men.
