The following procedure should be followed if a guest requests a side of a condiment, salsa, sauce or dressing after their food has been delivered.
- condiment, salsa, sauce or dressing shall be poured into a 2 oz ramekin.
- Place ramekin on small side plate
- No beverage napkin or spoon
- You may deliver up to two ramekins on the same side plate if there are multiple items requested
- This procedure does not include bottled condiments which may be brought to the table for the guest to pour themselves (ketchup, mustard, soy sauce, a-1, and worcestershire sauce)
