The “E” Cookie
The baking tin is extremely HOT and extreme caution needs to be taken by the cook and the server to avoid burns. When the cookie is served to the guest, the Server MUST tell all guests at the table that the cookie dessert is baked to order and the baking tin is extremely hot.
