- Next step is to ask the guest how they would like their steak prepared. “How would you like your steak prepared?”
- Once they let you know how they would like their choice prepared, you MUST make sure they understand what that degree of doneness means here at Elephant Bar Restaurant.

One choice is included but any additional sauce choices will be an extra charge
Ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise aren’t Premium Sauces so the guest can have these at no additional charge. add them to order as you are ringining in the BYOB to the POS system. Ketchup and mustard should only be rung into the POS system if want sauces on the BYOB. If guest would like sauces on side, bring bottle to table

- Onions (raw, sauteed, or crispy onion straws)

If your guest would like onions, please ask them if they would like them raw, sauteed or crispy onions.
If your guest wants lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and onions, you MUST ring them into the POS system. the cooks will not put these items on your BYOB unless you ring them in.
If your guest doesnt want one of these ingredients, then you should not ring it into the POS system. For example, if the guest does not want ONIONS, simple ring in the Lettuce, Tomatoes, and Pickles, DO NOT ring in “NO ONIONS”
