What is “fry salt”?
MSG, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
What’s in the truffle aioli?
Kewpie mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, minced black truffle, sherry vinegar, and truffle oil.
Garlic Butter Spinach
Savory spinach is lightly sautéed in garlic and onion confit and finished with a garlic butter sauce. Topped with parmigiano reggiano.
Fire Roasted Mushrooms
Hen of the wood, cremini, oyster and beech mushrooms are roasted in the wood fired oven and finished with a marsala veal jus and garlic herb butter.
Creamed Spinach Rotolo
Green egg yolk pasta is stuffed with creamed spinach, shredded mozzarella, and parmigiano reggiano. Baked with a parmesan fonduta until golden brown.
