Mushroom Pizza
Cremini, oyster, beech and mai take mushrooms (roasted with thyme & garlic) on our house pizza dough, topped with a lemon cream, mozzarella and parmigiano reggiano. Baked and topped with fresh parsley.
What’s in the “Lemon Cream”?
Cream, lemon zest, white wine, garlic and shallot.
Margherita Pizza
Classic tomato and mozzarella pizza topped with pizza sauce, house-made fresh mozzarella and fresh basil.
How is our “pizza sauce” made?
Canned plum tomatoes pureed with EVOO and sea salt.
Soppressata Pizza
Soppressata is baked on top of pizza sauce, chili oil, parmigiano reggiano, hand pulled mozzarella and finish with honey.
What is “Soppressata”?
Cured Italian pork sausage, typically seasoned with black pepper, salt, and red wine.
Burrata Pizza
Crushed Bianco DiNapoli tomatoes are placed onto hand stretched house made pizza dough and seasoned with EVOO, sea salt and Sicilian oregano. Baked without cheese, then topped with dollops of burrata on each slice with basil leafs on top. Entire pizza is finished with EVOO.
Describe “Bianco DiNapoli Tomatoes”
Brand of canned tomatoes created by Chef Chris Bianco and DiNapoli tomato company. They are 100% organic tomatoes grown in California. They feature a sweet flavor and soft texture.
White Elephant Pizza
Taleggio, parmigiano, mozzarella and heavy cream are baked on our house made pizza dough. Finished with hot honey.
What is “Taleggio”?
A semi-soft, washed-rind cow’s milk cheese with a strong aroma and mild flavor. From the Piedmont and Lombardy regions in Italy.
What’s in our “Hot Honey”?
Aleppo (Turkish spicy red pepper), honey and olive oil.
