Aperol Spritz (DRAFT)
Classic Italian aperitif based cocktail highlighting citrus and sparkling wine, served in an A/P wine glass. Garnished with an orange slice.
Elderflower Spritz (DRAFT)
Light, refreshing spritz with delicate elderflower notes, balanced by crisp Prosecco and a hint of citrus. Served from the tap over fresh mint in an A/P wine glass. Garnished with a lemon wheel and mint sprig.
Clarified Paloma (DRAFT)
Smooth, zesty cocktail with bright citrus flavor and slight sweetness. This cocktail is created using clarification and pigment-stripping so that it looks like sparkling water. Served in a Collins glass with a half salted rim. Garnished with a fresh grapefruit slice.
Pina Colada Slushie
Frozen tropical escape with creamy coconut, bright pineapple, and a hint of lime, blended with dark rum for a smooth island-inspired refreshment. We are using canned pineapple juice, coco lopez, and fresh lime juice.
Desert Sunset Slushie
Frozen and vibrant margarita style slushie flavored with watermelon and mango. We use house made watermelon syrup, mango puree, and then balanced out with some fresh lime juice.
Golden Hour Slushie
Bright limoncello slushie, highlighting the citrus flavors with a soft touch of peach. We use traditional limoncello from Amalfi, peach nectar, and then balance sweet and sour with fresh lemon juice and agave nectar.
Elephante
Bright, tropical fruit cocktail with a kick that pairs well with just about any spirit (recommend sticking to clear spirits). We combined the chosen spirit, passionfruit syrup, house made orgeat, Amaro Montenegro, and our house made chili tincture. Served on the rocks in a double rocks glass. Garnished with an orange slice & Marigold Flower.
Cactus Water
Vibrant mix of watermelon and lavender with a citrusy kick of lime, balanced by subtle bitterness. Vodka, house made watermelon syrup, house made lavender syrup, fresh lime juice, a touch of Aperitivo Select, and a splash of sparkling water. Served over rocks in a Collins glass. Garnished with a lavender stick & dehydrated citrus.
Bird of a Feather
A fizzy/refreshing cocktail. Gin, Fred Rosolio Bergamotto (rose petal & citrus liqueur), house made Early Grey tea syrup, fresh lemon & grapefruit juice, and some sparkling water. Served on the rocks in a double rocks glass. Garnished with a twist of grapefruit.
Better Republic
Basically our Italian-style Tiki cocktail with a complex twist. Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva Rum, Carpano Bianco, Fernet Branca, St. George Bruto Americano, house made pineapple vanilla syrup, and fresh lime juice. Served in a beer glass with crushed ice. Garnished with a mint sprig & dehydrated citrus.
Piccante
Margarita style cocktail featuring notes of strawberry, basil, and a hint of spice. Blanco tequila, clarified strawberry chili syrup, basil infused hibiscus aperitif, and fresh lime juice. Served on the rocks in a double rocks glass with a half black charcoal basil rim. Garnished with a basil leaf & dehydrated citrus.
White Elephant
Margarita style cocktail with warm winter flavors. Reposado tequila, house made orgeat, St. George Spiced Pear, and fresh lime juice. Served on the rocks in a double rocks glass. Garnished with a lemon wheel & cinnamon dust.
Secret Garden
Mezcal margarita style cocktail highlighting hibiscus and herbs for a savory & herbaceous undertone. Mezcal, fresh lime juice, hibiscus syrup, and a touch of herbal & plant based liqueurs. Served on the rocks in a double rocks glass with a half hibiscus salt rim. Garnished with three cucumber slices.
Copper Tee
Our bourbon sour style cocktail. Bourbon, house made ginger syrup & cinnamon syrups, Amaro Nonino, and fresh lemon juice. Served on the rocks in a double rocks glass. Garnished with dehydrated citrus & ginger candy.
Rosa Negroni
Smoky twist on a classic Negroni. Equal parts 400 Conejos Mezcal, Salers Aperitif, and Cocchi Rosa Vermouth. Stirred and served in a single rocks glass over a large cube. Garnished with a twist of fresh grapefruit.
