Major weight gain, changes in metabolism, diabetes, EPS (including TD but at lower rates) and death.

A
Rigidity, persistent muscle spasms, tremors, restlessness, EPS (acute dystonic reactions, akathesia, Parkinsonism and TD (range from mild to severe and is irreversible but may ease if medication is stopped. Found in 24% of patients taking neuroleptics or 7+ years)

Drowsiness, dizziness, blurred vision, rapid heartbeat, sensitivity to the sun, skin rashes and menstraul problems.
