Early onset psychiatric illness, longer duration of psych disorder, prolonged admission
Comorbidities - DM, HTN, COPD, HF, hypothyroidism, head injury, stroke, cirrhosis, malignancy
Meds - diuretics, anti-HTNs, antidepressants, CYP450 inhibitors
