Management
A
Gentle downwards traction
Senior help requested
McRobert’s manoeuvre - legs hyperextended onto abdomen
Suprapubic pressure
If above don’t work, episiotomy and
Wood’s screw manoeuvre - rotation of shoulders
Grasp posterior arm and extend and pull out
Last resort: replacement of head and C-section but by that point fetal damage usually irreversible
