Pyrexia
Other symptoms depend on cause
UTI: frequency, dysuria, rigors
Genital tract: hard bulky uterus, painful perineum, prolonged bleeding
Mastitis: painful, hard, red breast abscess, nipple trauma, cellulitis
Post-op: wound hot, red sore, tenderness
DVT: swollen calf

Management

Answer 3

Septic screen
Analgesia
Rest and adequate fliud
Monitor for signs of sepsis
Septic six if septic
Consult microbiologist as can't use some abx if breastfeeding
