Give the customer the pantsinM and L size and take him/her to the fitting room. After a while ask him/her how they fit.

Tell the clerkthat you want to buy them, but the pants are a little toolong so you want to cut the hem(すそ).

はい、Mサイズは少しきつかったですが、Lサイズがぴったりですね。買いたいですが、すそがちょっと長いので切ってもらえますか。

Tell the customer that cutting the hem(すそ)is free but takes 30 min.

Ask the customer to come to the casher and tell him/her that it costs 9800 yen. Ask how the customer wants to pay (by cash or by card.) Ask him/her to sign on the receipt.

Follow the clerkto the casher and tell him/herthat you want to pay by credit card, and pay it in two installments (２回にかい払ばらい)

Give a receipt to the customer and thank him/her for coming. Tell him/her that the pants should be ready 30 min later from now.
