One with two independed clauses joinede by a semicolon or conjunction
e.g. This house is too expensive and that house is too small

One with an independent clause and one or more dependent clauses
e.g. I drank in the sunshine while my brother played at home

One that talks about a probable future as a result of a condition
e.g. If I see you later, I will say hello

A phrase that commonly appears together and sounds natural
e.g. Heavy winnd, Deep sleep

A statement that is used to provide information
e.g. He is running.
What is an imperative sentence?
A command, a sentence that tells somebody do do something
e.g. Pass the salt.
What is an exclamatory sentence?
One that expresses strong emotion or feeling and always ends with an exclamation mark
e.g. I’m so proud of you!
What is an interrogative sentence?
One that asks a question and always ends with a question mark
e.g. When will you visit your mum?
