✅Permanent staff signed off
✅XLA sedation date
✅Student to complete rest of restorative work in the chair

Pre-sedation instructions

A
  • inform dentist if child suffers from any other diseases
  • inform dentist if child isn’t feeling well to postpone date
  • comfortable clothing only
  • no food 6 hours prior
  • be punctual

A
  • child should have guardian to leave with
  • rest once at home
  • no coordination activities afterward
  • amnesia may last for a few hours
  • vision impairment
  • some kids are aggressive
  • introduce foods and drinks slowly to avoid vomiting
